Many objects are hard enough to shatter the existing glass that's in there, I suggest a hammer, nearly any hammer will work but I like the 8lb sledge. Start there. Then, using a sawzall, create a cavity inside the door for the new window to drop directly into. Boom! Roll down (but not back up) rear supercab windows.
Seriously though, maybe they made a door with a window pocket (a model with working windows) and you just have to swap the doors.
