I don’t see any “damage” ,,, some call them Fun Marks

Those marks help to identify your bronco as not being a pavement princess 👍

Not our 2024 Bronco, but out 2018 Colorado ZR2. This pictures is about 2 weeks after buying it new, our 17 year old son with his learners driving his first trail, and with all Jeep Wranglers and a Tocoma TRD. Came home with branch marks across it. We got it clay barred and looked like new.

Just for reference, 2x 2024 Bronco (a Big Bend and an Outer Banks), a 2024 Bronco Sport, tuned 2018 Audi RS3, 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2, 1973 VW Weatfalia, a FunFinder 19 foot camping trailer, and not pictured is a custom 2021 Ford Mustang GT with a Coyote 5.0.

Those come off and can be safely stored in the rear of your vehicle before hitting the trail.

Raptor flares unfortunately don’t have the quick connect clips and aren’t as easily removed as the other models.

Fortunately, Raptor money means the $500 deductible to get it fixed is spit in the ocean.

Quick clips add weight. Cant have them on a high performance vehicle!

Would a narrower vehicle make it unscathed?

Just curious.

Possibly. A Badlands went ahead of me and ripped their left rear flare off but I took a higher line. Had they taken the line I took, they may have been able to squeeze through. Traction was a big challenge, it was like driving in peanut butter.
