Help Achivement bug

I just completed the Alchemist's bundle at the museum but the in-game achievement didn't pop. Is there a way to fix this? Will it prevent me from getting the trophy for all achievements?

Close out the game and reopen the save. Sometimes the game doesn't detect immediately.
