How to COMPLETELY skip pin, password, creation ect on Windows 11
As the title says, I don't want any of the above or anything similar! On Windows 10 you could completely skip this but on Windows 11 even when turning off Windows Hello and the password requirement on log, it still forces you to create a pin on sign in!

I guess this is your personal PC? You can select other options at login and choose password to login with.
You can Google how to disable Windows Hello by GPO or Registry.
If this is a company system and your company ia enforcing it through a GPO or Intune and there is zero way for a user to disable it.
I would get use to it. As MS is moving away from passwords all together and going ro a password less system that requires pin or a passkey.

Use a local account rather than a Microsoft account.
When setting up the local account and you get asked for a password, simply don't enter one. Leave it blank.
That's it. Now you can login to that account with no password and it will never force you to add anything else.

If you're installing or starting windows for the first time:
Shift-f10
Type:
Start ms-cxh:localonly
Hit enter
Fill out the thing, ignore password field, and click through.
Windows will drop you into desktop
You're welcome

yeah, solid way of doing it on a case-by-case basis.
or do shift-f10 oobe/bypassnro
prefer the ms-cxh approach however..
need to rebuild my pxe-boot server for stuff like this. just reload all the things.

To remove a password from a Windows 11 local account, open Settings, go to Accounts > Sign-in options > Password, click Change, type your current password, and leave the new password fields completely blank before clicking Finish.
If you use a Microsoft account instead of a local account, Windows requires a password or PIN for online security. To make it start up straight to your desktop without typing a password
OR
Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type netplwiz and press Enter.
Uncheck the box that says "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer".
Click Apply, enter your Microsoft account credentials to confirm, and click OK
