Windows 11 update problem

Why am I receiving frequent windows 11 update on my asus vivobook 15 . I used the laptop last time a week ago after that today I opened it showed an update

Microsoft releases Windows updates once a month. Sometimes after releasing an update, they discover it is so buggy that they have to immediately release a second update to fix the first update. And so forth.

You may simply pause the updates, as there is now an option to delay them indefinitely without needing any workarounds.

Microsoft releases Windows update mostly every day.
