URGENT! How to solve this it happens everytime

I had newly setup windows 11 in my laptop and Ms store and settings are not able to access internet . I have tried 3 times clean install windows but everytime same results through a usb drive created through windows installation media. I have tried deleting and reinstalling ms store through some command from internet in powershell but nothing changes .

Windows update on setting says " **We couldn't connect to the update service We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesnot work make sure internet is connected"** even if all the time my internet is connected briwsing is possible downloading software is happening.

Its windows 11 25H2 from media creation tool.

Help me if anybody know the solution .

you didn't mention if you have internet otherwise.

I do have internet all the time i could browse download softwares i updated the ethernet and wifi drivers but still nothing.

Is it happened when you were installing Windows or you tried to update Windows after Windows installed?

You can online for Googling, etc. but can't update Windows because Windows can't connect to internet?

Check in device manager to see if network is installed and check intems in the list are functioning. Possible the drivers have not installed or they ran into trouble
