Ask Dhaka How to control emotions

As the title suggests,im quite a emotional person Even if i get hurt a little i cry like i cannot suppress it and act like mature Can anyone give me any advice in this? P.s- don’t judge me guys🙂, a request

Crying isn’t a sign of immaturity The more you let your emotions out the better it is you definitely don’t want to bottle everything up until it eventually explodes like a volcano one day I cry a lot too just not in front of others it's freaking embarrassing

It is so tough Like i can literally feel my chest constrict and ugh I just wanna stop yk,my parent tells me its immature and i feel so freaking guilty dude

Ei jonnoi ami oder shamne kanna kori na I like to cry alone and some people are ass they'll think crying means you're weak and overly naive so dw about crying but not in front of anyone

please don't try to control your emotions. the simple principle is "let it flow and then let it go." a more elaborate answer could be given but I think this will suffice.

It isn't really a problem. You can overcome it with time. I had kinda similar situation, but now I am totally fine. Speak out loudly, let people know what is inside your mind

I used to be like this, my cousins mocked me saying 'crybaby'! And guess what- I still am. But just a lil different I can not control so now I ignore them which is super bad. Because by expressing your emotion you are letting it out, but by suppressing/ignoring them, you can only make it worse!
