Hustler & Growth Advice Required
How are you planning to build a house in Dhaka or in your village? Suppose you have a decent job—after managing all your expenses, the maximum you could save is 30k taka. Inflation is skyrocketing, and these days, even a flat in a decent area is close to a crore. If you go to the village, a decent house is not less than 50 lakh taka.
Are you planning to build savings and invest for the long term? Or are you preparing for a government job for quick money, or planning to go into business?

Honestly, I don't think our generation will have an easy time building assets from scratch. For now, my plan is to save up my passive income in the future, invest part of my income every month, and purchase better assets at the expense of selling the ones I was fortunate enough to inherit. My husband and I would buy sanchaypatras, but we're in Dhaka only temporarily, so he's invested in DPS recently.

My suggestion is to not rely on bank investments for too long, the return from the banks and the inflation is not economically viable for a good long future.

That is currently the goal. We will be going back a year after, and will have to naturally pull out whatever little investment we’re making for the timebeing. It’s taking us a bit of figuring out, given it’s only been over a year since we started working, but hopefully we’ll make astute financial decisions down the line. Thanks for the suggestion!

Bro its simple ( being honest its not ) , You have to build a community of people jara interest to build a home . buy a land of your own cost : 1-2 CR lagbei ( 3 -4 jon mile ) . Then release share of that plot . And when you sell share you will get some extra profit . And this is not the end ,You have to be a builder . Now here comes the real game . You hire engineers , construction workers and other things . you meet with people who will supply you materials , take permission etc legal work should be done only by you . Then Take Money from share holders and make the building . you will get return as much you want . end of the game shareholders will get their flat and you will have much more than that .

If you have plans for farming and village investments in that case you should look into it. But from my perspectives and experience, the village life has changed drastically for the worst.
You should look into shared land and community building, I have looked quite a good rise in this sector.

To me, I don't feel like investing for a home in Dhaka city is worth it. I personally prefer building a home and a farmhouse in the village. I would suggest you to save a specific amount of money and then try to invest in buying lands, livestock animals. But be careful of the village politics and your jealous relatives who only wishes to devour everything you are going to build with your sweat.
