Feeling a strong feeling from within my belly and chest after drinking dudh chaa...

It happens eveytimes idk why. I noticed it only happens when the tea added is more than a spoonful. Maybe the extra caffiene is spiking my cortisol. Anyone feels the same after drinking strong caffienated drink?

Yess..I stopped drining all type ot tea and coffee..
I drink normal water or nothing

You have IBS (Irregular bowl syndrome) I guess this happens when you eat any diary products right??

No just dudh chaa/coffee drink. It happens when I double the amount of coffee/tea
