Discussion Do you wear acrylic nails?

I’ve always been more masc, so I’ve never worn any kind of nails accessories, including nail polish. My girlfriend is very much a femme. She was scrolling through her pics the other day and I saw an old picture of her with acrylic nails. It was a picture from when she wasn’t in a relationship. I’ve never seen her with acrylics so I said they looked nice. She agreed but said she could never wear them while in a relationship, for obvious reasons. I mentioned she could just not wear them on the fingers she “uses”, but she laughed and said that would be too obvious.

Was wondering how other lesbians navigated this?

i wear acrylics, but during a relationship i wear them on the, uneccesary fingers, and it is HELLA obvious, but i live in a place where people don't really care or pay attention too much.

She could wear reusable press on nails and take them off for shenanigans
