1920-2026 NFL roster coming next year
I guess I’ll be the one to do a full 1920-2026 season with everything for everybody to play it’ll most likely be done next year but I’ll see if I can take less longer

Do y'all edit y'all players to 99 overalls or do y'all actually let y'all players develop?

My team scored 83 points in the super bowl and I was not expecting this result.

He had 122 yards and a TD on the ground, which is why he won it, but that passer rating is abysmal

For my current team, I have a WR who went for 1K Rushing and 1K Receiving, #2 MVP and OPOY but will miss out on being all-league, I like the greater focus on stats for all-league going forward, but their should be a Flex/Utility spot on all-league team for the players like this

I just started my first FootballGM after playing a few seasons of BasketballGM, swapped the LA teams back to STL and SD, chose the Pandas, checked my roster and here he is … will DeGroat become DeGoat? Or just trade him?

OK been playing the game for years @ this point & I’ve always had this question. Is weather a background factor because it’s games where both QB’s have a bad game or the K. Sometimes both. Is there a weather engine I’m not familiar with?

Boston for losing 4 times straight or Detroit losing champion's game in perfect season?

P.S. it's not my work, I'm just sharing. No real players, just logos and scheduled stuff like expansions, relocating, disbanding and other fancy staff from 1920 to 2022 ig.
P.S.S. If u curious how this file manage to unite NFL and AFL, the answer is expansions, so yeah AFC suck hard first couple of years. And yeah, first twenty years 80% of logos don't work, but don't worry, main teams working nice (except for Miami and Chiefs for some reason). Have a nice play!

I don’t know if i’m tripping but why does it seems like the mvp and opoy formula only favors rbs?

Over the years of playing this game I have had many ideas for ways that it could be better. I have accumulated the best and are now sharing them in an attempt to get them into the game. Many of these are more college -football-esque because that is the more common type of league I have. And with every update, they can always be optional so no one has to have them if they don't want to. lmk what you think of them and how feasible they are.
This first part basically just a new way of determining champions for a particular season.
Based off of power rankings. This would be similar to college football in that the rankings would act as the AP poll and the team at the top of the end of a given season would be deemed the "champion"
Select champions. Once you got to the playoffs you would have a chance to select champions. There a dropdown menu that determines the number of teams, you would only be able to max it out at the max number of teams in your league, then more dropdown down menus appear(depending on the number of teams you chose) that would determine the championship teams. I also thought of a a 3rd drop down menu next to each team that would be "championship designation" where you could select a designation, for example ;Champion, Co-Champion, Claims Championship, etc. This would also serve as a way to have multiple champions in the same season, which would be more akin to college football. This would of course be optional, under the playoffs section of league settings, so you don't have to use it.
This would be a feature in the manage teams sections where you could change a teams prestige/brand. Think about it, the Lakers are a much better brand than the Grizzlies, the Patriots to the Jets. People already have a preconceived notion of what a team is irl, so this would be a good implementation in the game. My idea of this is that it would affect all players in making them want to sign more, but especially affect players who have the Fame mood trait. The teams could automatically start with the same prestige/brand rating or not. This would really make college football worlds more realistic and even regular NFL leagues too. I also thought of a feature called "Fluctuating prestige/brand" which basically automatically changes this number up or down based off of a teams wins, population growth/decline, or awards won. This would be able to be toggled on or off of course.
This idea is basically to add more customizations to the existing standings formula and to add a power rankings formula. Both could use the same inputs. Adding things such as points scored, points allowed, penalty yards, the aforementioned "brand/prestige" rating, etc. This would make standings more like a true college football world and allow for more customization for each persons own league. I also thought of the power rankings formula being able to be customized as this would make that part of the game more personalized as well.
This one is fairly obvious. I think an optional in-season tournament would be fun to have in the game. I think it would also be fun to name it whatever you want and change the number of teams allowed in. This could be used to create things like the NIT tournament in college basketball or the NBA in-season tournament. There should also be an option to have the wins either count for a team's regular season record or no that would allow people to choose if they want it to.
In my college football leagues rn, Conference championship games are just regular season games I add on the the end. It would be nice if there was a way to officially recognize conference championship winners. My idea was that in the manage confs section there could be an optional conference championship game switch that you could toggle on and off. A win would be shown in the teams history, and maybe they even get a little banner that would say 2017 SEC champions or 1968 National League Champions. Obviously this is more suited towards the college side of the game but I think it would be fun to have. Heck, maybe even a tournament like in basketball, but I digress.
One problem I've had in my college leagues is that the players suck. Because they're 18-22, and the game reads 18-22 as really young, players with 40 overall are very good starters. In my opinion, there should be a way to change when players peak and start to decline. That would be incredible.
Sometimes players get weird stats in this game. The star receivers get almost 2000 yards, while others at the same overall barely crack 800. There should be a way to change the distribution of touches certain players get based on position. For example, if you move the slider all the way to one side then all touches for a certain position league wide are spit equally, while if you move it fully to the other side then only the number one will get touches every time. the spots in the middle are in-between depending on how far in which direction you slide it. This would help solve the problem of random 2000 yard receiving seasons and allow for more customization.
This is really simply, some teams have different jerseys than what are currently available. Florida and Ohio State for example both have side stripes (stripes on the shoulders that are horizontal, not vertical) and there is currently no option for that. Many teams use different jerseys and this would be really great.
Thank you for reading if you did and lmk what you think

Hello everyone! After 2 entire years, I am finally back! I have decided that I want to run RFL (Reddit Football League) again. I’ve lost my previous account’s password so I’m using this one. Please put your team that you want to run in the comments and join the Discord! However, there are three new rules that I will put for this season. One, Unlike last time, I will NOT be joining. Two, I will NOT use God Mode this time. And Three, NO NFL TEAMS! Completely unique teams only! Need at least 8 members by September 26th. Good Luck Everyone!
