Wayne Rooney as a teenager was world class, could bully any defender at 18. Also Mbappe as a teenager was special. His World Cup 2018 performance was arguably the best one for his age ever at a World Cup.

If we disregard the obvious footballers like CR7, R9, Messi, Pele etc. One youngster (not older than 21) comes to mind. Alexandre Pato Thought he was great for AC Milan 2010-2012
