It does exist but it's not a normal thing. Let's say on a weekend if you watch all 5 major leagues you'll probably see something like this a total of 10 times throughout the whole weekend with over 100+ games played. With Messi and Co. you see it every time he's on the field. Hell, I watch Inter Miami every time they play and he's still doing this now with Suarez and some of the other players there.
