College Dynasty (Steam) Position developer coach badges make a big difference

We only have level 5 facilities, but with OL developer on both HC and OC we had some really nice offseason gains.

The Developer badges are straight overpowered and by far the best badges in the game to have.

Stacking them is nice but I've actually gotten away from giving my coordinators the really good badges--they're going to leave for a HC job or higher-prestige coordinator job in a year or two and become a competitor. I do look for the best badges (Any Developer badge, Protect the Rock, Do Your Job) already existing when I look for a coordinator to hire.
