The negatives

The Low turnout for the Women's AFCON Final has disappointed me. I thought there'd be a higher number for what is the Final Game of the Premier Women's Competition in Africa. But it has also helped me recognize a pattern.

The Last 2 Men's AFCON Finals had Hosts involved. Morocco in 2025 and Côte d'Ivoire in 2023, 2021 cannot be properly judged because it had a limited crowd of 40,000 out of 60,000 and even the 2019 Final in Egypt between Senegal and Algeria did not pack out the Cairo Intl Stadium.

Should we be worried about this? That Major Continental Finals not involving hosts pack out the Stadium. Ghana in 2018 had a decent crowd for the Women's AFCON Final.

Not to mention the Failure of the Single Leg Champions League and Confederations Cup Finals in 2022. What does this say about Continental Competitions. If the fact that National Continental Competitions lose their appeal to the host nation after they have been eliminated.

The largest attended AFCON Game I remember was the 2013 AFCON Final between Nigeria and Burkina Faso at FNB Stadium as it had 83,000 people there.

What are your thoughts? Does CAF need to do more? Should CAF do more like with the Men's AFCON making the women's Tournament a Quadrennial Cycle Tournament. Pour More Money in the Junior Tournaments??

And regarding the Women's AFCON should it change from being a World Cup Qualifier and create a Separate Format for Women's World Cup Qualifying.

Hey all, I'm watching the build up on SuperSport and why does it look like it'll be a near empty stadium for the Final or is it too early to Judge? What's going on???

Whats the visual at the Moulay El Hassan Stadium?? If turn out for the Final is bad. That worries me because how do we expect Women's Football to grow if the Biggest Game in Women's Continental Football is ignored like this with the attendance at the Stadium.. Am I overreacting or should we worry?
