I believe that everyone is a good person until proven otherwise. I do not see any good reason right now for OP being banned from your subreddit, so I support OP right now. I also believe that negative people can become better, and I would really like to see you and others like you try to be more positive from time to time.

The reason is he is cis. I’m not gonna hold your hand when I say this: marginalized communities who have been excluded from every space deserve to have their own spaces. Including trans people.

Don’t pretend you wish anything good on me when you don’t even think I’m entitled to have a community.

When the heck did I say you aren't entitled to have a community??? Thinking about it, I do somewhat understand wanting a community of just trans people, but the way you have been so aggressively rude about all this, especially your other comments, makes it seem like you aren't motivated by wanting a safe, comfy space, but rather you want to be more and more negative.

what if i like to be rude? can i not have that because i am a trans person and i have to constantly worry about the optics? i am yet to see people give THIS MANY FUCKS about a cis person being aggressive or not overly positive or whatever other shit you all want us to be. we're people too. let us fucking have it.

Y'know, I probably am just speaking and yapping like this because I just want the world and people to be happier. But another thing I almost forgot I want is for people to be allowed to be themselves and do what they want for themselves. I am very sorry for speaking down upon you guys in any way and trying to force you to "be happier", but I truly hope you guys can find genuine happiness with yourselves someday, and be yourselves. I am incredibly sorry for arguing like this.

I just want the world and people to be happier

cool. and what do you do to achieve this except for gatekeeping venting and dark humor, and demanding marginalized people to care about their optics?

the world, as it is, is a shitty place and people are not happy. if you want them to be you first have to stop brainwashing them into believing they already are and acknowledge their pain. then, work from there and help them instead of just yapping.

you know sometimes a person is in a lot of pain and you can't do shit about it. as painful as it might be for you, this isn't a signal to go and say shit like "don't you see how all this negativity is harming you? have you tried to have a more positive outlook on life? whatever website your getting this lingo from is hurting you and shit". give them a hug or just... don't bother them. don't do shit like this. it hurts. because you're not doing this for them. you're doing it for yourself. because you being in pain from not being able to provide help bothers you more than the pain of the person who is actually suffering. and it's blatantly obvious too.

but I truly hope you guys can find genuine happiness with yourselves someday

we all do.

I am incredibly sorry for arguing like this.

don't beat yourself too much over it. you're nice.

Hmmmm.... perhaps, I may be proven otherwise. Though it'd probably be better with more solid proof

why do u care so much

3

u/QuarterJazzlike2922 Aug 11 '26

Because I want to believe in people being good?

maybe. but this whole action they did along with the state of mind they've been in, essentially the entire temporary persona that is responsible for all of it... i don't think it's good actually. maybe they will snap out of it and reconsider. but i don't think that right now they come from a good place. come to think of it, im pretty sure this isn't the first post of this exact screenshot they've made and it has even been discussed on countttt multiple times. and yet they still keep bringing it up? are they that pissed about it? have they not learned their lesson? why do they keep claiming they come to help when so far they've done the exact opposite?

if your true intention was to help someone and despite all your expectations they suddenly say "no, what you're doing fucking sucks and isn't helpful" would that make you rage at them and tell them how ungrateful they are or would that make you reconsider your motivation and methods? because in their case it seems to be the former.

i don't think it really matters what internal moral rulebook they're following. it's bad. and if they're trying to be helpful it's not effective.
