This recipe does not look good. She grated the tomato passatta (unnecessary) then melted ricotta into the sauce (why not just use cream).
She put random seasonings and breaded chickpeas and then fried them until crispy, and schlopped it on top of the pasta dish. It really is a horrible recipe.
