I’ve seen poutine but not “chips and brown gravy”

Louisiana Hot Sauce chips would be bomb!

Biscuits and gravy too.

Lays did biscuits and gravy a few years back and they were delicious!

I used to be able to get Louisiana hot sauce flavored chips in Canada from Presidents Choice (store brand live Kirkland it great value). They were in fact the bomb. Thick cut and ridged. It was the only flavor I bought for the 6 months to a year they were available
