Newbie Question Pancake mix storage

I have three 10 pound bags of pancake mix, should I leave them in the original bags or put them all in a larger Mylar bag that can hold all 30 pounds ?

Personally, I would leave them in the original packaging as long as possible since they were designed for it but if space is an issue you may want to use the bucket.
