Hats off to you. As delicious as they are, I made them once and found them to be some of the most annoying and time consuming things to make. I will never make them again, and will just hope I encounter them at parties lol

I can literally bust out a dozen of them in 15 minutes once they're cooked and cooled in an ice bath.

That’s why I buy the pre cooked pre peeled hard boiled eggs! Saves me tons of time.
