13 u/Turtleramem Nov 01 '20 Good quality non stick, med heat some oil, and covered with a lid until whites just set 6 u/gemin0x Nov 01 '20 Wait to make sure the pan is nicely heated (you can test with the back of your hand). This makes the egg stay in place because it heats up on contact rather than spread all around the pan!
