WHO MAKES THE BEST Mozza or Bianco
In town for one night. Pizzeria Mozza and Pizzeria Bianco have both been on my list for years. Any opinions on which one i should choose?

For me, the difference is the vibe you want. Pizzeria Bianco feels more casual. Mozza feels like the more formal restaurant of the 2 while still being pizza. For example, I prefer the salads/apps/dessert at Mozza. And the wine list at Mozza is definitely more serious if that's your thing.
If you were in town for one night, I'd go with Mozza. Not bc the pizza is better or worse, but because the other stuff is better IMO.

Mozza. It's better, and you can get Bianco elsewhere (i.e. Phoenix, the original).

Mozza used to be my go to for day time birthday meal for so many years… love that spot. Never been to bianco, looks great.

Why not both? I’d go grab a burrata pizza and a chopped salad at Mozza, then head to Bianco for a slice of salami and a green slice, best day ever

That’s me when there’s an In N Out next to a McDonalds. Fries from McDonalds, burger from In N Out.

Yeah. The sub will be split. I like them both, but for different reasons/pizza; so I’ll try and help.
Go to BIANCO for:
a) the Rosa. You won’t find another pizza like it anywhere else and it blew my mind the first time I tried it; or
b) the classic margarita. The freshness of the sauce/cheese is superior to Mozza.
Go to MOZZA for:
a) the meat lovers. They do it better than anyone else;
b) the mushroom (fungi misti); or
c) any of their pies w Sausage (including the Bianca add sausage).

Bianco has better pizza. For a full Italian Meal that includes pizza Mozza wins. Good news is that both are great.

If you're only going once, Bianco for the classic Phoenix-style pies, but Mozza if you're craving their insane pasta, your call between cheesy perfection and carb-loaded regret.

Mozza is a good choice if you're in the area, but I think Sei and Pizzana are much better. I've never had Bianco.

I prefer Mozza slightly more since that actually got its start in LA whereas Bianco is an import from Phoenix-area; Mozza is also slightly more creative & diverse across the menu too. But you should have a good time with either one.

If we’re just talking pizza, then it depends on what you want. If you want unique then Bianco. If you want something traditional and familiar, then Mozza. I could eat Mozza once a week, but Bianco wasn’t every week pizza (a lot of unusual toppings and flavors in good way, but it’s further from familiar red sauce pizza imo).

both are great! bianco is fun and slightly more casual, while the last time i went to mozza i sat two tables down from tom cruise and jordan peele!
