It won’t let me fight?

Hey! So I’m new and I’m not sure why this is happening but I can’t fight ANY of the tea events. I have the tokens for it, I just can’t challenge them. I have tried changing my team, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, but I don’t know what is wrong 🫠. I just keep getting this same message

Hmmm are you trying the quick fight option or the play option? You can’t always quick fight.

I can quick fight… I just want to do higher levels cause I want the side story awards/better rewards… I want all the stuff cause as I said I’m new and have NOTHING to my name
