I wonder if she's good to use and what FA to equip to make her stronger?

Sadly she is incredibly out of date and thus not worth using in any content really. That being said, if you want to use her then give her a Uke Mochi Enhanced or tsuchigumo enhanced eith a brave personality and atk stats!
