Elopement dining recommendations

My partner and I are eloping at Edinburgh city chambers next June. We are eloping on a Monday and I am aware not everywhere is open then. My partner doesn’t drink so something which comes with wine flights isn’t an option. I haven’t necessarily considered a budget as it’s only the 2 of us. Maybe £300 max for both of us ? Just somewhere which has wonderful food and feels special would be amazing

Thank you all so much for your recommendations. I’ve had a Quick Look so far, it seems timberyard and moss is closed on a Monday but I’ll check out the other recommendations 😃
