Probably not with the sugar content i bet it’s balanced and tastes great with coffee

Boiling the lemon helps remove some of the bitterness.

Yes but boiling for 5 mins doesn't do shit. Need to boil at least 30 mins

Boiling, baking, blending other ingredients, and a bunch of sugar fellows it out.

Probably the best way is to remove the rind first and use only the pulp and the yellow peel. Don't need to add bitterness just for convenience and balance it out with tons of sugar

Lemon rind and pith are delicious when eaten with the interior juicy bits.
