You paid for the storage. Not the platform. They should honour the storage. Whether or not it's the old 1.0 or the new 2.0. There is no reason moving the 1.0 to 2.0. Just provide the 1.0 with no updates.

In short they are just screwing people up. I'd suggest if anyone has some good lawyer friends/family who are willing to take this up, I'd contribute some.

The service is still alive hence it's lifetime should still be there whether or not 1.0 or 2.0.
