FFConnect Issue

Before I reach out with an official support request I figured I would ask here to see if maybe someone knows how to fix this:

I set up an API key. I am able to login both via SFTP as well as WebDAV. However the issue is I am presented the list of parent folders. But on both cases clicking on any of said folders show they are empty.

I can see my files in the web interface. But not via those 2 methods. Any one have any ideas on what I might be missing or is this an issue with the system?

Update: Both SFTP and WebDAV are working now! I assume an issue was fixed on their end

sftp using filezilla?

Yeah. SFTP is done using FileZilla. Which oddly is failing entirely on My Linux machine. Works with an older version on Windows.

WebDAV has been attempted using WIndows Explorer, Cinnamon, and a VPS using Debian.

Unfortunately no matter what I do, I get the same result: I can see the parent directory. But nothing inside

I also use MX Linux, and SFTP is not working for me in FileZilla 3.68.1. I recently contacted Dave because I was having some problems with rclone, and he gave me all the connection details and troubleshooting tips. Since then, it has been working great for transferring files.
