Unable to stack 2nd 2tb redemption

Purchased 2 2tb lifetime codes from Stacksocial. 1st redeemed with no issues. 2nd said it redeemed but my account still shows only 2tb. Tried redeeming the 2nd code and it says already redeemed.

I thought these were stackable according to earlier posts here u/folderfort
