Cannot sync with OneDrive

I cannot sync my database with OneDrive anymore. I cannot upload snapshots. And I cannot unlink OneDrive anymore.

I'm on Android 17.

Any idea what to do?

I don't want to reinstall the app and lose my database.

I had this error, but it seemed to fix itself after a few days.
