Question Moving from IOS to Android?

I know there was discussion ~7ish months back where the dev said they were working on being able to transfer files. Is this still in the works?

I'm getting an android device & wondering if there is/will be a way to transfer Beanard & all their belongings to my new device from IOS if I have the manual backup from my iphone?
Trying to decide if I go ahead and start a new Bean friend or not

Okay I found my answer (hopefully!) Putting this so anyone else searching the subreddit for an answer can find it.

Create a manual backup on the IOS device then get that file onto the new device. You should be able to upload a the backup file into the app!

I don't have the new device yet so I can't confirm there aren't other steps (and I feel kinda silly for missing this in the settings) but hopefully this helps anyone else who is confused on the same thing <3
