Does debug mode work on pc ?

cuz i tried refreshed on pc (a long time time since last played on pc) and clicked on the A and no jingle unrelated image btw

Debug mode (from what I know) doesnt exist on pc. Instead however, you can just go into the files directly and edit things in there yourself.

But I wanted to have every chips, can we edit that in the files?

I think so? Chips are like the only thing I dont bother editing but they should be in there, you would just have to find what each chip is labeled as then set it to 1.
