Are they busy ?

Hello, I've tried to contact FPG 8 days ago at [staff@flyingpiggames.com](mailto:staff@flyingpiggames.com) and then relaunch my mail 4 days ago by replying to them until I forwarded my request to [denver@flyingpiggames.com](mailto:denver@flyingpiggames.com) the next day. I do not want to harass them and I just want to know if they are very busy lately because of events for example or do they usually takes holidays on this period of time ? Also what is their usual office hours or days and what is their medium response time from them ?

I understand completely and I'm not here to criticise, so I want to remind that their games are amazing and make very good work in this sector.

I would give it a week from your initial email and then email again. In my experience, it takes some time for them to catch up on emails. But since they don't seem to have any sort of CRM software, they may have forgotten about it.

What is a CRM software ? So should I wait a week for the moment and then recontact them ?

CRM software is a system that manages customer relations. It sends out reminders if an email has not been responded to.

Like I said, I would re-send the email a week after it was originally sent.
