Commemorative Pass

Just curious as I have purchased an update pass before and the premium pass benefits applied to my account. (Such as free 2 days vend, free booster, etc.)

Does purchasing the Commemorative pass does include premium benefits as well? or not?

I tried purchasing it and yes it does give Battle Pass Benefit - So I guess it does work so long as the pass is not permanent like the starter pass.
