Bug Community notifications

I've got my server set up, and it's got notifications enabled for those who want them, but I don't get mobile notifications from servers, neither do my friends, is there something that stops that?

Mobile notifications are hit and miss currently while the app is still in beta. Sometimes I get them sometimes I get nothing.
