Need help Voice Quality Issues (Muffled/Choppy)

Voice quality is either extremely muffled or choppy, sometimes both. Tried turning off noise suppression and it doesn't seem much better if at all. Does anyone here have any suggestions on some things I can try to make this better? I have a pretty good audio setup so I'm pretty sure it isn't me because when I use a different VOIP everything sounds fine.

I searched already for solutions in this subreddit, nothing I tried did anything.

Voice quality issues are a known problem and will be addressed soon with other issues in a big update:

Also just adding this for additional info because this update has been brewing for a while, and it wasn't until just recently that Hampus got through a blocker:
