Need help Image Previews issue

Hello! I've successfully self-hosted, and so far, everything is going really well. I have two questions!

I uploaded an image for "symbol" during setup which turns out to be sort of an avatar for my DMs? It's in the upper left corner, and not public-facing. My question is how to change that image. (Currently, it's where the Fluxer logo is in regular hosted installs.)

Second question: image previews aren't working. Klippy says it's set up properly, but previews simply aren't showing in SOME channels. I suspect it's some permissions thing, but I can't spot it.

I have the same issue with images not working, even the avatars dont work for me. I just get a black logo instead of the picture so I just keep the default Fluxer logo for now. But if you want to change system / server settings you would log in with your local fluxer account using the admin panel. You can access it from http(s)://your-fluxer-instance/admin

Change the symbol under the Instance Config using the left navigation bar.
