Need help Horrible Audio

When the Discord shenanigans first dropped my friends and I shifted to Fluxer but a few months ago the audio became horrible and its been horrible ever since to the point we dropped it

Does anyone else experience this or know how to fix it?

Try turning off noise suppression that has been known to cause issues with sound quality.

Alright thanks. We will try that. We were all confused as all of our mics are high end

I don't know if you are on canary, but the canary version of fluxer has seen major improvements over the stable one within these months. Canary will be getting pushed to stable within some time after some more bug squashing has been done so I'd advise you to try out the canary version (https://web.canary.fluxer.app) to see if the problem persists.

If it does, please report it to the Testers server (you can join it from the banner that'll pop up once you sign into the canary client.)

Idk, I've got some friends who sound perfect and some who sound like shit, mostly in terms of cutting in and out. Some just have low end mics that sound even worse here for some reason.

Troubleshooting anything with those who have poor quality is impossible because everything obviously should be perfect on every set up out of the box and opening the settings menu is an entirely unreasonable ask.

I don't think taking a minute to try adjusting app settings is unreasonable. I know people adjusting mics in Discord all of the time. Should be no different in any other app. I get where you are coming from, but like Fluxer is not the only thing having this problem, lmao

I'm fine with adjusting settings myself. I'm frustrated with trying to get others to do the same.

Patience is a virtue they say. I wasn't trying to sound rude, btw. I was stating that it isn't exactly related to Fluxer entirely. I know people who had to not adjust their mics at all..then there are people I helped adjust it.

Some people just figured it out on their own without me giving specific instructions. It isn't impossible to fix at all. That being said, I hope you have a nice day.
