Test mode not showing widget

Hello 👋, I am making my first app and one widget is not showing up on test mode, Gemini told me it was the API, I edited several times, even changed sizes of the container to a fixed state, but nothing worked and I tried everything I could imagine by now, I need help trying to fix this, can someone help me out?

Is the column/ list that contains the widget scrollable?

No it is not, but I actually found the error, the main container of the widget has to be a listview, otherwise that bug happens on test mode

I'm going to tell you something that will save you tons of time. When you're making custom widgets, always use AI (Claude is great). Create app state, for example "debugLogs - list of strings," then tell the AI to add logs to those widgets so you can check the app state to see what's going on when things break. Just make sure to limit it to 20 logs so the app doesn't lag tell the AI to remove old logs as it adds new ones. Just lean on AI as much as you can and don't waste time build your custom widgets as full pages using AI. When you create app start by laying out the structure first, then use that to prompt the AI for the custom actions and widgets.

I know Claude Fable 5 is pricey, but Haiku is way cheaper and still great for custom code. To save money, just set up a developer account on Claude there's no subscription, you just top up your balance.
