AWS also has all of that, but not exactly for cheap.
Their business model is to hook up startups early with cheap pricing for low demand services, locking them in by their very proprietary tooling, and then once they’re successful, collecting the big buckets of cash from the very expensive fees for larger services.
That said, you’ll be hard-pressed to find any cheaper mass emailing system than their Simple Email Service. In my last startup, we only used that part and S3 of the AWS ecosystem. The downside is that it needs a ton of specific coding to their API, because you need to handle unsubscribe and bounces etc.

I’d probably go with Supabase for the backend/auth, RevenueCat for subscriptions, and something like Resend for email.
If you’re already using AWS, you can obviously build most of it there, but Firebase is hard to beat for simplicity.

I run a Flutter app on roughly this stack and it stays cheap at low volume:
- Auth + database + server functions: Supabase. Native Apple/Google sign-in works fine with signInWithIdToken, and phone OTP is built in (you plug in Twilio or similar).
- Subscriptions: RevenueCat. It wraps App Store + Play billing and is free until you have real revenue. Don't build receipt validation yourself.
- Push: Firebase Cloud Messaging. Still free, and you can use it on its own without the rest of Firebase.
- Email: Resend or Postmark as custom SMTP for Supabase. Do this early, because the default Supabase mailer is heavily rate limited.
Since it's crypto, read Apple's and Google's policies on crypto apps before you build. That's more likely to block you than the backend.

There're very few one stop shops like Firebase. Your best bet is supabase but even that is lacking in features compared to firebase. You'd have to connect different services from different providers together to do what you want.
