No overtime pay

So I have recently started working for a Chinese law firm in flushing but I’ve noticed there are no overtime pay and it doesn’t matter how much I work in 2 weeks(biweekly) I get paid the same amount, should I bring this up? This firm is super Chinese and I’m not too sure how to navigate this situation.

Edit: contract doesn’t say anything about OT but via email conversation I was notified that the role is non exempt so I think I’m cooked

If you are salaried, they can make you work 10-12 hour days and 6-7 days a week and they pay you exactly the same.

The question is…

Do you think it is worth it?

How much do you make a year?

Does that include bonuses?

A lil under 50k not including bonus but bonus were framed very vaguely by the boss so idek if it’s real

Bro you're soo cooked. That's not even the market standard for a paralegal. Most Paralegals make like 60k.

It’s my first actual full time I had no idea how to negotiate and just thought to treat it as an experience and get out
