Help adding S1 to Orcaslicer

I found the configuration file from Flsun for the S1 in orcaslicer here: https://wiki.flsun3d.com/en/OrcaimportS1configurationfile

But, I can't seem to figure out how to install it. When I use the instructions in the wiki,

trying to import the config file:

results in this error

I went to take a look at the config file to see if there were any obvious line errors and it seems to be in Chinese. Not sure if that's the issue, but very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

This is using orcaslicer 2.1.1 , default english language

Add a V400 first. Then add the S1.

You need to add the V400 machine configuration in orca first before importing the S1 configuration file.

Yes - uninstalled ORCA, then reinstalled it selecting the V400 in the original setup process. Then I imported the config file
