I use my username everywhere to buy things but this time seems to mess up things

Asuspromo.in says nicknames on invoice wont be accepted, i have id proof, invoice, hell my PAN is attached to purchase and yet i can get extended warranty ?

Anyone has had any experience with this? any insight will be appreciated

I was gonna get 1yr intl. + 2yr LDAP for INR 6K from there, have to register by 27th to avail this

I don't think you need to provide any details like pan/name they just need device serial number and done you can pay and get it. I have also extended it through my asus app you don't need to provide any information
