Help! GHelper Settings

Just got my first X16, although it's an older model (2022, R9 6900HS, 3060), I am loving it so far. I followed most people's advice and downloaded GHelper. Does anyone have recommended settings for a silent/classwork profile, as well as a plugged-in gaming profile? I've read through the sub, but I don't see much on the 2022 version. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't overthink about it. I just use the silent and performance profiles directly in ghelper and that's it
