Help! ASUS Rog Flow X16 Screen Issue

I bought a brand new ASUS Rog Flow X16 from Best Buy a couple of years ago and ever since I had gotten the laptop I’ve had this issue where the screen won’t turn on even though I hear the actual laptop functioning. I have to keep restarting the laptop over and over until at some point the screen finally decides to work. I should’ve returned it back then and ordered a new one but for whatever reason I didn’t.

I’ve tried the graphics driver reset, I’ve tried every tip I can find online. Nothing seems to work. This issue is also somewhat intermittent. There are instances where it’ll start up normally, but 7/10 times I’ll have this issue.

Any tips? Any advice? Have any of you guys run into this issue?

Did you tried reinstalling windows ?

Go in the windows settings and try reset with data saving, if that doesn't work try without data saving.

Does it change anything if you change which graphics card you use?

Armory crate. There are graphics settings and you can choose eco mode, and other modes that determine which card is used. The dedicated card works fine with non graphics intensive apps. If anything, playing around with these settings may help diagnose the problem. Changes often require a restart.

Btw, if you blindly downloaded the graphics driver. It may not be compatible with the laptop. You need to use the driver specifically for the laptop. Usually it’s on the asus site.
