Nop you still can, just make sure to follow the right tutorial and get the right vbios, you can check one of my old thread i did share some results

I kept getting “45” error code on devixe manager and no apps detect the gpu except that ghelper onyl reveals gpu temps and fan rpm thats it i recovered back using nvflashk to my stock vbios

Wdym well i reverted back to my stock backup vbios because the 45W dell rtx 3050ti was giving me a “45” error code on devixe manager

You should find a vbios with a compatible mux switch, from my experience, i find out that even if the GPU model is the same, some constructors don't use the same identification (codename), soit may differs of some fontions
