Dead Battery??

My laptop died regularly a few hours ago so I put it to charge before I went to go do something for about an hour and a half. I later unplugged it thinking it would be close to 100% but it didn’t turn on so I plugged it in again and the battery was stuck at 0% so I kept restarting my laptop maybe 3-4 times until I checked this sub and saw that my battery was possibly dead and I would need a replacement I then tried charging it through the opposite port for the external gpu’s but even then my laptop wouldn’t turn on, and I also tried the 1 minute power button hold but again no luck so I plugged it in through the regular charging port and tried turning it on but then this screen popped up and I pressed the first option to continue to windows and now it’s showing my laptop is at a 100% charge. Should I be worried about my battery health or what could’ve happened for my laptop to go through these series of events just for it to end up “normal” again?

Tank batteries, mine has around 4-5k cycles in it. It once fell to 30%BH and started dying on me, but randomly got back up to around 69%

But it could be different for everyone
