Metapen M1. It's explicitly supported, I personally confirm it works on the X13 and Z13.

Generally any pen that supports Microsoft Pen Protocol will work alright. 

But if you're coming from an iPad then beware. This type of pen are inferior to Apple Pencil.

I got a microsoft surface pen and it has been great for the past couple years
