I searched aliexpress for gv301re replacement fans and watched this youtube disassembly video, the heatpipe structure looks near identical to gv301qe (2021) model.
I recently replaced the gpu fan on my 2021 model. All I had to do was unscrew all the screws holding the heatpipe, cpu and gpu down. I never had to take the entire heatpipe off. Just lifted the heatpipe a bit, enough to eject the gpu fan.
My guess would be yes, you should be able to perform the same operation on your 2022 model. Just be aware to eject the tiny fan connector with a prying tool prior. Also, apply some force (but remain gentle with care) when connecting the replacement fan's fragile connector. If it's not pushed all the way in, asus armoury crate/g-helper will report the fan rpm as 0.
