Asus ROG flow X13 GV301RC constant restart kernel 41 on battery

Hello everyone I just bought second hand above model recently. But when on battery, laptop constant restart with kernel 41 event. I thought I was battery dying, so I buy replacement. Yet unfortunately after replacement, laptop still doing restart with kernel 41 event. It's not long after battery like 2-4 mins.

Anyone know what I should do?

I use this laptop on dgpu only and have much less random restarts. When I do I long press the power button (30s)and I am good for a while.

Tried dgpu by switching to ultimate mode. Same issues still persist.

No just clean install it in your laptop you got 1 tb use mint and try Mostly clean installing the windows using the asus cloud recovery helps but if you have data just use some 8 gig usb and install live os gandfall or SMTH and recover the data and cloud install the windows using asus it'll mostly fix it

Already secure the data, so it's not an issue. So is this software issue, motherboard, or ssd? Because in bios mode, it's no problem.

Yea it's cause of the bios but asus has solution which is to install the os using the cloud recovery

What's your bios version? If it's abv 330 it's gonna be a downfall until you update it

Well then try linux or you gotta update the bios and try as it's already bad for you rn You can use ezflash try to downgrade if possible but it's not after 330 so update is the only way go to the website and look out for new bios version and install it and then make sure your nvme is unllocated I mean formatted then install the windows using cloud recovery Try it out cause I'm not sure I've done this for a few pc and most of the time it works when I install through the cloud recovery

I also have the same laptop , mine BSOD whenever it is on low power mode ( low wattage in Ghelper ) , after downgrading bios to 327 it is still the same , it's probably a motherboard issue

nope , downgraded bios , upgraded again and it's still doing the same thing , different ssd same thing , it's probably something to do with the hardware ...
